  • Do you work with men?

    Yes I do! I work with multiple male clients and love working with ANYONE that is willing to put in the work!

  • Is coaching only for nurses?

    I do work with nurses, but also with anyone and everyone that is looking for support and ready to do the work.

  • How much do you charge?

    My payments vary from $200-$9000 and are individualized for each client and plan. I can also take FSA/HSA accounts for payment. Remember: an investment towards becoming your happiest and healthiest self = priceless.
