I help women find the freedom to radically love and respect their bodies and live in alignment with who they were designed to be.

I am a former ICU travel nurse turned holistic health advocate and transformational wellness coach.

Health is so much more than our physical wellbeing- it is our relationships, our mental state, our confidence, our job satisfaction, our financial freedom. Let’s dive in together!

This is my story…

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be a nurse. My mom and grandma modeled what it meant to be compassionate healers and I wanted to do my absolute best to follow in their footsteps as a third generation nurse.

I grew up as a competitive athlete so taking care of my body and living a healthy lifestyle was always something I prioritized- even when my perception of “health” was quite skewed by media and culture.

Once I graduated from nursing school and started working my first ICU job, I had a fire light inside me to take care of my own health and body to the best of my ability. Through lots (and I mean LOTS) of trial and error and lessons learned- I began to truly understand what health was for me and meant to me. I tried all the fad diets (keto, intermittent fasting, restriction with whole 30 & paleo) all with the goal of becoming a smaller version of myself. But throughout the process, the disappointment, and realization, I learned that embodying health is to be stronger not smaller. To value and appreciate the fuel that I give my body, to take care of my entire soul and being.

Amidst my growth and discovery of health, I had left my first ICU job after a couple years and began travel nursing. I was on my second travel contract when March 2020 came around… we all know what happens next in the story. As a travel ICU nurse working in the trenches of covid, like many other healthcare professionals I was burnt the heck out. And to top it off, I began to realize the massive disconnect between what I believed health was and what our healthcare system believes health is. I believe that 80% of chronic illness and disease is preventable with lifestyle choices. I believe that food is medicine. I believe that movement is medicine. I believe that sunlight and fresh air are medicine. I believe that connection and relationships are medicine. I believe that self respect is medicine. 

But unfortunately, I didn’t see any of these things being addressed. Instead I saw bandaids put on bullet holes and medications slapped on symptoms rather than getting to the why and the how. 

I knew by then that I would not be an ICU nurse forever and was in a desperate search for how I could advocate for health and serve humans in a more holistic and empowering way. By the end of 2020 I was introduced to Nurse Coaching by a fellow travel nurse. I knew in that moment that this is what I was meant to do.

By March 2021 I had started my certification program and by October 2021 I was a Board Certified Nurse Coach! In March 2022 I went all in on my passion and business and never looked back!

Health is…

Health is having a deep respect for your body and everything it does for you. Honoring it with quality nutrients, with movement that feels good and strengthening it to serve you best. Trusting it and its ability to carry you wherever you want to go.

Health is investing in your well-being so you can be the best version of you- for your kids, for your spouse, for your friends and family. And for future generations.

Health is healing the parts that hurt. The pieces of us that ache. The traumas that keep us stuck. So that we can create a better environment for our present future generations.

Health is leaning into the calling on your heart and doing your damnedest to fulfill the purpose that's been placed on you. 

Health is having a deep spiritual connection with your Creator to recognize the great purpose and path that your life has.

Health is being “selfish” is the short term so you can be “selfless” in the long term.

As I’ve lived in integrity with who God tells me I am, I have the confidence to be my most authentic self and show others my light. I’ve learned that I am so much more capable and qualified than I would ever give myself credit for. I say this to give you hope, because I KNOW if I can create this life, so can you.
